Challange update 22nd March

The 12th challenge was taking an image using composition tool frame within a frame. Whilst wanting to do an outdoor shot for this I ended up with an indoor one due to recent events and the social distancing requirements. Interpreted the theme as a still life with a picture frame used to frame the still life based on a tea set.

THIS COMING WEEK'S CHALLENGE
Need to produce an image that is straight out of camera (SOOC) which means no editing in Lightroom or other photo editing tools other than covert to jpg for publishing. Will decided whether to do this or another challenge as will be self isolating and social distancing for the week and there is limited opportunity for a good subject.

NEXT CHALLENGES
Currently the next few challenges are as follows, but the order may need to change based on circumstances and the need to do everything from home..

Triptych (Target date - Sun 5th Apr)
Take three photos of the same scene. One to set the scene. One as the main subject. And one to highlight something the oberve may have missed! for the advanced put the three photos in the same frame.

Patterns (Target date - Sun 12th Apr)
Find and take  images of some interesting patterns in the local landscape or architecture, if possible get repeating patterns.

Panning (Target date - Sun 19th Apr)
Take a picture of a moving subject whilst moving the camera so that the background is blurred to show movement. Shutter speed and handling your camera is crucial here. The subject should be crystal clear and the background a spectacular blur!

Abandoned (Target date - Sun 26th Apr)
The theme is abandoned and the photo must depict something forgotten? If possible it needs to convey a message in your photo, ie a call to action.
